Publications

I am the author of a number of publications published by prestigious academic publishers. My academic and practical interests are very diverse, which is reflected in the issues analysed in these papers.

Monographs

Among others, I am the author of two valuable monographs: “Subscription warrants” and “Interest of the company in Polish and European law”, which were published by Wydawnictwo C.H. Beck sp. z o.o. (https://www.ksiegarnia.beck.pl).

Subscription warrants

Subscription warrants is a pioneering monographic study in the Polish legal literature of the problem of the juridical and economic nature of subscription warrants. In this monograph I present my position, among others, on the issue, exercise of rights, trading and practical usefulness of the relevant financial instrument on the domestic capital market.

Interest of the company in Polish and European law

The monograph concerns one of the most controversial categories of commercial companies law, i.e. interest of the company. The natural conflict of interests of majority and minority investors, economic owners of the corporation and the company managers involved by them, is focused within this general clause. In the study, I try to establish an objectified content of this legal category, acceptable to different stakeholder groups.
