Company law

Company law is one of my key specialisations. I offer advice to corporations and current or potential investors (domestic and foreign). I combine knowledge of commercial law with an understanding of business needs and litigation experience.

1. the formation of companies, branches and representative offices;
2. selection of the optimal formula for individual companies and capital groups;
3. drafting of comprehensive intra-corporate documentation, including articles of association, by-laws of bodies and audit committees, agreements between shareholders;
4. advice on corporate disputes;
5. day-to-day corporate services for partnerships and companies;
6. advising on procedures for liquidation, merger, division and transformation of companies;
7. representation before courts in registration and litigation proceedings.

In advising on company law, I am guided by organisational, time and cost efficiency. I prepare documentation that takes into account the legal requirements and is user-friendly and comprehensible, even for those without legal knowledge.
