Banking law

The offer on banking law concerns support for financial institutions and their clients
(businesses and consumers). My knowledge of the specifics of the financial institutions sector
allows me to provide effective advice on transactional and regulatory issues.

1. support in transactional financing, including project financing, real estate acquisitions and company acquisitions;
2. support in debt restructuring, also using restructuring law instruments;
3. advising on corporate governance and outsourcing in financial institutions;
4. representation in disputes with financial institutions, including those involving so-called toxic financial products and the issue of mis-selling;
5. conducting licensing and incorporation proceedings of regulated entities;
6. support for ownership changes in regulated institutions;
7. dregulatory advice on the creation of financial products and their distribution;
8. representation of financial institutions before the Financial Supervision Authority or the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection;
9. representation before common courts, the Supreme Court and administrative courts.

In providing services to financial institutions, I take into account the status of the relevant entity as an entrepreneur, a public interest entity or a public trust institution. When advising financial institutions, I draw on the body of domestic and EU law, as well as the positions of regulatory authorities (so-called soft law).
